Overall, quite rigorous. I reached the final round, R2 - but had a misunderstanding in the math portion, which, in turn, made it unfortunate that they could not extend me an offer.
Most people think McKinsey's the easiest of the MBBs would get rejected due to underestimating the PEI portion and not answering the questions.

Interview was a straightforward case study, and a McKinsey-specific Personal Experience Interview. This was difficult but I was able to prepare, so it was not too challenging after preparation. Tell me about a challenge and how you overcame it?
Passed the online test and then had a round 1 interview. I got a rejection call shortly after. Interviews were a mix of behavioral and technical. Difficulty depends on difficulty of case.
First you get an HR Round, then 2 back to back interviews then 3 interviews. The overall process took around 2-3 weeks, it was not very difficult very fast turnaround
