Nettes Abendessen mit allen Co-Bewerbern am Vorabend - wurde x-mal gesagt, dass wir keine Konkurrenten sind und McK keine Quoten erfüllen muss.
Der Auswahltag lief sonst sehr strukturiert ab. Wir wurden alle in einen gemeinsamen Raum geführt und wurden dann zum 1. Interview abgeholt. So ging es bis zum Mittagessen weiter - danach waren rund 1,5h Pause und man bekam anschließend Feedback.

Drive: Wann ein Ziel verfolgt und was der Outcome?
Personal Impact: Wann jmd. von etwas überzeugt?
Leadership: Wann war ich teil eines Konfliktes in einem Team? Wie gehandhabt?
It was really pleasant, and also the recruiter was very personable and they gave resources to prepare for the interview. Also got the chance to talk with their consultants to gain insights on the interview process
