The interview process was lengthy - it started with a phone interview (approx. 45 minutes) followed by two on-site interviews. The first on-site interview was with three Directors, at 15 minutes each. It was very well organized and I was given an agenda beforehand, with pictures and decriptions of each of the folks I was to meet. I received a request soon after for a second on-site interview with two additional decision makers, each were to be 30 minutes. Again, the interviews were very structured and they kicked off right on time. My only complaint was that I had a job at the time, and there wasn't mjch flexibility for them to cater to my schedule - I had to take PTO to do the interviews. Also, a big pet peeve of mine is not receiving follow-up in the event that you are not selected, and that is exactly ehat happened to me. I called and emailed multiple times, as I felt that the interviews did go well. However it wasn't until three weeks later that I finally got a very short response.
