I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Chennai) in May 2016
Interview
If they want you, they take you. Or else you mean nothing to them.
I applied online and was called for the interview at Ascendas.
Before the interview process starts, a introduction about the company and the job posting are explained by a ppt.
1) Online test
2) Operation (You will be made to do a ppt)
3) Panel (I had via phone)
4) I didn't receive further updates from them. ASSUMED IM NOT WANTED
Horrible fact is that they don't have the courtesy to inform a candidate if they are in or not. Very rude treatment towards the candidates.
