Zeer persoonlijke benadering, recruiter doet echt echt haar best om er voor te zorgen dat je goed voorbereid en geïnformeerd aan de procedure begint. Je krijgt de kans om met een consultant een case te oefenen voor de eerste ronde en krijgt na de sollicitaties in principe op de dag zelf te horen of je door bent dan wel een aanbod hebt gekregen. De sollicitaties zijn echt bedoeld om een gesprek te zijn, wees daarom jezelf en probeer dus ook niet te mechanisch kant-en-klare verhalen en case frameworks in je gesprek te proppen. Wees creatief, authentiek en origineel. Vergeet om niet dat het gaat om wat jij kan, niet hoe jij het ten opzichte van anderen doet.
