Interview
I had an initial phone screen, then was invited into the office and met with 5 people. I was invited back into the office to meet with 2 people, had an additional phone interview, and then a final Skype interview with someone overseas. The interview process takes up a lot of time, as there are a lot of people involved and a lot of moving parts. Every person I met was extremely friendly and sincere. I enjoyed speaking with everyone. My last Skype interview was intimating as I did not feel adequately prepared. All of the interviews were very conversation based except for this one, and I wish my recruiter had given more information as to the types of questions I would be asked. I was not offered the job. When they called to share the news about the role, she let me know they'd be moving forward with someone more senior. I felt that my last interview was the reason why they didn't move forward. I was bummed!

3 video interviews with different TA leads. Basic behavioral screening offer is sent in writing at the end. fully virtual process. learned which teams I was being considered for. they work with recruiting cooridinators so overall a smooth process.

I enjoyed my interview process. It was a pleasure getting to know the people I interacted with, and I appreciated how they balanced understanding my potential contributions to the team with maintaining a conversational and engaging tone. Each step of the process was clearly outlined, which helped set expectations and made the experience seamless. The open communication throughout was reassuring, and overall, the process felt warm and welcoming. Each interview provided valuable insights into what it would be like to work alongside the individuals I met, leaving me with a positive impression of the team and the organization.
