1 round of test: standard McKinsey PST's and some puzzles. Around 200 postgraduate (dual degree) students sat for the test and around 35 were shortlisted for interview
3 rounds of interview
1st: Introduction and short resume discussion
2nd: Technical interview with questions from courses done, skills mentioned and thesis (all mentioned in the resume)
3rd: Short HR interview, description of teams and their roles at McKC and choice of team

How you explain technical concept to people from non-tech background？
Straightforward, well structured & well explained. Long duration, with 5 30-ish minute interviews total spread out over the course of a couple of weeks. Great support, information on requirements/evaluations readily available.
Too long - too many rounds. Had to play a game first, then multiple rounds. No follow ups after I was rejected - I got ghosted.
Did not enjoy it - obviously this was a long while back and I was too young to notice but not a good behaviour. Truly no respect.
