I have applied for TAoP position with McKinsey & Co in 2016. After online applicaition I passed the screening and was invited to Excel and Math (numerical) tests. The tests seemed rather simply, but be careful with strange process of Excel, but I passed it. On the next week I was invited to interviews in the Office. There were two interviews with quite a little gap (overall app 2 hours) during one day/

There were Excel and simplified PST tests for an hour each, not difficult tasks.
Then were two interviews in a row testing your background and structural approach to cases. They really want to see logic and structure in your solutions -- remember this.

The first round was the CV screening; the second was test at the office, including the logical (kind of the light PST version) 15 or smth questions' test and the excel functions (fully made in excel) 20 questions; the third - 2 interviews with the fit questions as well as 4 mini cases
