I did the 1st round interview with McKinsey. This included 2 1:1 case studies interviews, each consisted of 30 mins personal experience + 30 mins case study each. The structure was exactly like the recruiter said it would be. The rectruiting process is very efficient, the recruiter sent me the information dates and times 1 week in advance and I could choose date and time for my interview. When I got there, they gave me an envelope containing details about my interviewers and one of them called me few hours after the interview to give me feedback.

-Tell me about a time when you had to convince someone about something.
Both interviewers asked me the same question. Case studies were difficult, with graphs and table, it's important to take a few minutes the examine what they show and engage with the interviewer.
