Interview
I applied online for 2018 University Grad - Full time role (Software Engineer). Total duration of the process was 2.5 months. After getting selected, it took 2 months to match with a team.
First was online assessment with 3 questions (1hr duration) - medium level difficulty. Followed with 1 HR round (mostly behavioral) and 1 coding round with a team member (only technical), both lasted for 1hr. Third round was held at New York office, an onsite round. It had 2 rounds, one with a manager and 1 with the team member.
I liked the hiring process of McKinsey, as they were quick with their decision after every round.
