Very good prep for interview day. There was a group interview preparation call as well as an individual. They seemed focused on ensuring that the interview process would not exclude a qualified individual due to lack of preparation/understanding. On the day of the interview, there were 3 separate case interviews. They cases were relatively standard, but there are some unclear points. My interviewers encouraged me to ask for clarification and take a moment to think before answering. The interview process went really well. I was a bit disappointed with the feedback, which I expected to be good from a developmental perspective, but it was rather unhelpful/non-specific.

they let you prep for cases and do what the book says. this is only a question of how hard you prepared. then they take the people one by one and repeat again and again. sometimes the people who give you interviews have been there for less time than 1 yr

The interview is structured exactly as the preparation materials describe, i.e. personal fit and case. All interviewers were friendly and supportive. After each interview round I received helpful feedback. The cases are not easy but fair.
