First of all, you need to submit you online application(it requires CV only). It is quite difficult to be shortlisted for the next stage which is PST(Problem Solving Test). This is the most difficult numerical test that you can encounter if you apply to the top companies. If you are able to achieve certain number of points(they never disclose how many you need or how many you actually achieved), then you are invited to the First Round Interviews(2 interviews - both consist of 1 general fit question + Case Study Interview) it takes 1 hour in total. Next, there is the Second Round Interviews(the final round). It is always held in the office you applied to and this time you are being interviewed by more senior interviewers. If you are successful in the final round, then you receive an offer.
