IT WAS A ONLINE ASSESSMENT AND A CALL INTERVIEW.IT WAS OK. candidate's answers and qualities to share with their hiring team. They take notes directly after the interview and refine them throughout the day as they have more time to reflect on the interview.
I was filtered through the online test system where I did my best but couldn't crack but thankfully i tried next time and managed to crack the interview. The offer is pretty decent and it's competetive package i managed to tackle the hr round but they got me.

Interview
There is CV / Resume screening. Then there is a speed, English knowledge and multi tasking test on their site. Then comes salary negotiation. Essentially that is it. You don't even have to be a designer. Jut say you are , and you are in ,if you are okay with salary.
