Interview
The first part of the process was scheduling a timeslot to do an online exam. Then I was given more information about the upcoming virtual interviews. The interviews were split into two sections a personal experience sections where I was asked about how I handled a difficult situation. The second part was a mock consulting exercise were I broke down the problem and offer possible solutions.
