Interview
The interview process includes 2 online assignments. One that makes you plan a food chain with different animals and their characteristics and the other with a simulation of a research method about species. Overall, it's not hard but it takes time to get used. I would try to do similar exercises before.
The interview process is case study basis. The difficulty is high and you need to prepare beforehand. So make sure to learn about the case studies, M&A, Digital Transformation, Operational excellence etc
