Interview
Usually comprised of 4-5 rounds of case interviews with a member at the firm (could be engagement manager or partner). Depends on the office location, the interviews could be conducted all in one day or spread out across ~2 rounds over 1-2 weeks.

Question 1
Each round is a combination of personal experience and a case interview, usually 1 hr. The personal experience part (PEI) focuses on one past experience and goes very deep, with lots of follow-up questions from the interviewer. The case interview is usually a business case (profitability, growth strategy, opportunity assessment, etc.), but could be a wild card too (usually in public sector, NGO). Regardless of what the case topic, the interviewer will be looking for your ability to structure a complex problem, analytical ability (think about math and charts), and communications (how you communicate your thought process and recommendations).
