Applied online with CV & Optional cover letter. Passed the PST and was invited to a first round interview. Two case study/personal experience interviews. Both PEI went very well. Case studies were the turning point. Although one was very good, in the other I lacked significant creativity. I was thinking about different sources of revenue but I was told I did not go deep enough in to specific solutions My advice to any candidate: Think outside the box with your ideas. Don't talk about a marketing campaign, talk about how you are going to recruit ambassadors and incentivise market segments. Go big! Goodluck all, I wish you all the best!
