Interview
The cases were pretty easy. The PEI was as long as they say it will be. The rejection was nice and they called and gave feedback, which was helpful. It was a difficult, but surprisingly human process.

Tell me about a time you navigated an ambiguous situation
2 interviews back-to-back in-person. Cases weren't super hard but you definitely need to prepare a lot beforehand to navigate the curveballs and be able to function under high stress. Expect difficult industries and focus on PEI which is half as important.

Gave assessment. Waiting 1st round. But, here the assessment and resume are scored together to reach next round. Might take 1-3 weeks for invite. Assessment has only 20% - 30% weightage.
