Interview
The interview process is composed of 2 rounds of interviews, each round is composed of two interviews. Each of the 4 interviews are composed of the personal experience questions and a case study.
If you pass the first round of interview, you proceed to the second round, where you will be interviewed by McKinsey partners. Given you make it through this round, you will then be invited to the McKinsey office in Johannesburg for approximately a 3-4 weeks.

Es un proceso muy bueno, te acompañan mucho para que puedas hacer la mejor entrevista. Hay mucho material para aprender en la plataforma de McKinsey. Antes de empezar las entrevistas, tienes que hacer el juego de McKinsey. Después si pasas empiezan las entrevistas, son 2 por ronda y como recomendación intenta hacer muchos casos para que te vuelvas experto.

Case interview, including a market sizing and strategic recommendations following the market size. Mental maths required for calculations and speed is also important. Overall, the interview felt structured but quite intense.
