Online application, 1st round in Regional Office, Final round in 2nd preference office. 1st round was primarily with young analysts and associates from similar alma maters. Final round was with partners and up, with a range of different backgrounds. Bring authenticity to your answers as much as you can, I know that's where I excelled.

1st round went smooth. PEI was standard, and be careful with zeros and dimensional analysis set up. One director asked me for three different stories, so be prepared with 4-5 of them. Regarding the cases, be prepared for economies of scale type questions, and for higher ups to not give you full attention/serve as a distraction.

Tell me about a time when you set an ambitious goal and worked hard to achieve it.
Two 45 minute sessions, each started with 15 minutes of behavioral questions then a 30 minute case. The interviewers were very nice and walked me through when I got stuck. Overall pretty solid experience. Called me the next day to go over it and tell me why I didn't move on.
