Three call backs and friendly interviewers. Long process and unrealistic expectations, while it had good benefits it was not viable in the long run however for someone starting out and who does not mind compromising it would be great!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (San Jose, San Jose) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process began with a virtual interview with Rachel Martinez to discuss my professional background, experience, and technical skills. I was then invited to participate in two in-person interviews with team leads. The interviewers were welcoming, professional, and supportive, which made the experience very comfortable. Approximately 30 minutes after the final interview, I received an offer to join the team.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a colleague accidentally left their laptop in an Uber, and they needed it for an important client meeting, with the presentation available only on that device?
