Processo durou mais de 6 meses. Solve feito em março e resposta só em dezembro. Comunicação bem ruim quanto ao cronograma do processo. Empresa dá bastante suporte para ajudar a se preparar para as entrevistas, que são bem padronizadas. Pessoal que me entrevistou foi super educado e solicito.

Primeira para da entrevista com perguntas típicas do PEI (personal impact, corageous change e inclusive leadership). Segunda parte com cases, sempre bem padrões (até mesmo com sócios), com perguntas claras.
2 interviews back-to-back in-person. Cases weren't super hard but you definitely need to prepare a lot beforehand to navigate the curveballs and be able to function under high stress. Expect difficult industries and focus on PEI which is half as important.

Ofrece muchos recursos a tu disponibilidad para preparar las entrevistas como reuniones online para explicar el proceso, y grupos de ayuda. El proceso es largo, pero lo merece para pertenecer a esta empresa.
Gave assessment. Waiting 1st round. But, here the assessment and resume are scored together to reach next round. Might take 1-3 weeks for invite. Assessment has only 20% - 30% weightage.
