Interview
Interview consisted in three interviews, all containing both a fit and a case part. Fits were difficult as they test how you hold your story and make your point despite being disturbed many times. Cases were quite straightforward with little numerical part. One was open ended while the other expected you to reach a well defined solution.

Klassischer McKinsey-Bewerbungsprozess mit insgesamt vier Case-Interview-Runden. Der Prozess ist anspruchsvoll, aber sehr transparent gestaltet. Vorab wurden hilfreiche Informationen bereitgestellt, und auch online ist gut nachvollziehbar, was Bewerber:innen erwartet. Gute Vorbereitungsmöglichkeiten durch frei zugängliche Online-Ressourcen.

Online tests followed by several rounds of case studies (3 in total) and interviews with recruiters. After being engaged in the process for several months and making it to the final interview stage they 'forgot' to let me know about their decision
Multiple hours back to back interviews at the office where you hang out for the day alongside other interviewees. The interviewers and staff were very friendly. It was a smooth experience overall.
