Interview
Nach der Ankunft und einer freundlichen Begrüßung gab es eine informative und hilfreiche Vorstellung von Seiten McKinsey's. Danach wurden die eigentlichen Interviews durchgeführt. Meiner Meinung nach liefen die Interviews sowie die anschließende Bewertung äußerst fair ab und testeten unter anderem das analytische Skillset des Bewerbers. Verpflegung stand die ganze Zeit zur Verfügung.
3 rounds:
1. round: SOLVE game
2. round: PEI + case interview
3. round: 2 interviews, both PEI + case interview, onsite if possible, one interview with a partner

Interview
The whole interview process was very transparent and well-structured. I completed an online assessment, had a virtual interview and then two in-person at a McKinsey office (50% PEI, 50% case). Everyone was really friendly and whenever I had questions (regarding the process, in the case interviews, ...) everyone was happy to help.

Sehr positiv und gute Timeline. Wurde frühzeitig über die nächsten Schritte informiert. Konnte mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Materialien einigermaßen preppen. Das Interview lief an sich sehr entspannt ab, teilw. künstlich erzeugte Druckszenarien (Fragen wiederholen, nachbohren, etc.) aber generell freundliche Interviewer.
