Applied online, was called for a PST test, then was called for a 1st round case interviews; didn't go beyond that round. The whole process is very organized, and you are notified about your performance within 2-3 days after your interview. They also give you feedback; the usual feedback is that you need to work more on your math skills and case interview structure. In there website they encourage you not to over practice (you have to) and the case interview literature encourages you to use approximation and rounding (in my case they were looking for exact numbers)
