We had to take a problem solving test which took an hour and was designed to put applicants under time pressure. Then we each had 2 x 50 minute interviews consisting of a 'Personal Experience' question or two and then a case study. The interviewers and other staff were very friendly and we had a 'buddy' for moral support beforehand which made the process much less stressful.
