I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Sydney) in Mar 2016
Interview
Submitted application on line and received an invite after 2 months.
Problem Solving Test (1 hour) followed by 2 interviews - case and personal fit questions (50 minutes each)
PST seemed more difficult than the online versions. Feedback from interviewers did not involve the score or how you did for it.
Personal fit interviews were ok but seemed that they were looking for a particular answer or way that something should be done.
Problem solving is weighted heavily for these interviews, quick calculations and STRUCTURE! If you don't write/draw your structure, you're bound to get no offer.

I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Ciudad de Mexico)
Interview
Cinco entrevistas, cuatro de ellas con caso y preguntas de comportamiento. El caso combina análisis matemático, pensamiento estructurado, resolución de problemas, comunicación clara y la capacidad de justificar cada decisión de forma lógica y organizada.
Exactly as described on the website, great resources available to prepare. Recommend practicing out loud with as many people as you can as much as possible to ensure preparedness throughout the process
I applied in-person. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company
