I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company
Interview
1st phone interview was 30+ days after submitting the application & resume. It went well and was called back for testing & round robin interviews. Two other interviewees were scheduled at the same time. We were all walked to a room and testing started immediately. During the first test one person was asked to go interview (Asian girl). At this point, we were still doing timed testing. The other two of us finished testing and then were told we would not be interviewing today. We were shown out. I received an email two days later saying I was not chosen. It looks like to me that testing was not the criteria for the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McKinsey & Company (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jul 2016
Interview
It is more of a phone screening. The questions are more technical, no questions about personality at all. A little surprised. I think for Human Resources job, personality is very important.
