McKinstry Construction Project Engineer interview questions

Did a phone screen first to talk about the company and some details about the job. Was then scheduled for a video interview with two people the following day where they took turns asking from a list of behavioral questions then gave me time to ask about the job. I was told they aren't the kind of company to make me wait for two weeks with next steps, and I never heard from them again. I was never able to get in touch with someone from McKinstry again. I was very excited about this job and it seemed like things were going well. Don't be surprised if they ghost you with no warning.
