Interview
I was invited to a recruiting dinner with other students from my school and learned a lot more about the firm from the two representatives that were there. About a week later I was contacted to come in for an in-person interview. The day consisted of a tour of the distribution center (office and warehouse) and then 3 one-on-one interviews afterwards. I spoke with a few people who had worked with the firm and had a good idea of how to approach the "Super Day." On the tour I asked lots of questions and remembered the process of how an order comes into the call center and eventually goes to a customer from the warehouse. In the one-on-one interviews, I felt like a I handled the behavioral and case questions well. Two of my interviews turned into conversations, and I left the center feeling confident about getting an offer. Unfortunately, I did not, but I also couldn't really see myself being happy with the work and my co-workers. The benefits, salary, and graduate school opportunities are very attractive though, and I am sure the work would have been challenging, just not interesting.

Interview
Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
