I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter, and arranged a time for a phone interview, and after the phone interview , they brought me in, and I met with about 5 people for about 3 minutes each. Process seemed very extensive and promising, that I met with so many people from the team, they showed me around and different materials I'd be working with. I was sent images to touch up and to send back. I didn't hear anything after sending for almost a week, and I sent a follow up email, and within a few minutes received an email they had went with someone else. To me, going through that extensive of a process only to turned down seems like a large consumption of their time as well as an interviewee's time especially if they do that for every candidate. Would have been a good job with a lot of perks, just wasn't lucky enough.
