I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Mar 2010
Interview
Very nice and positive people. They projected the image that they absolutely loved their jobs. They were very happy to acknowledge the fact that not much is known about the industry and the fact that the company might appear boring at first. They did however reassure those interested that it was a very sound, stable company with a great corporate culture and lots of job perks

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
