It was interactive. I was asked questions regarding my goals, why I chose McRo ry and about different situations. I enjoyed my interview because I was put at ease.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with (I believe) a clinical supervisor and the second was with a representative of HR. The 2nd interview was much more personal and less formulaic than the first. The interviewer seemed to be interested in communicating with and understanding me, as a person, in regard to how I would fit with the company.

I applied, and was emailed a few days later about setting up and interview for the following week. It was a group interview, but there was only one other person there interviewing with me. I was contacted a day after the first interview for a second interview in the same week- again this was suppose to be a group interview, but it was only me. There was only one interviewer in the room as well. I was called the next day and offered a position.
