I interviewed with two individuals in HR. They fired a series of situational questions at me, mostly the "Tell me about a time when..." and "How would you handle this scenario?" types of questions. I briefly explained my work history and discussed how I currently utilize the tools they listed as required knowledge in the job description. It was extremely uncomfortable and seemed as though they weren't actually listening to my answers. In the end, they gave me roughly two minutes for questions and said they'd reach out at the end of the week with next steps. The following week they emailed saying "Sorry, you didn't get the job." My thoughts were along the lines of, "Yeah, I truly hope you wouldn't make an offer to someone you spent ten minutes on the phone with." Overall, strange experience.

Phone interview questions focused on basic competencies and interest in the company. In-person interview was a group of 4 and they alternated asking scripted questions. Even with that the conversation flowed pretty naturally and they were all very open to sharing their opinions, thoughts, and experiences.
