I had 3 total interviews one with the recruiter and 2 other with the managers. I was selected for the position and they reached out after 3 weeks. I had reached out after 2 weeks and the response was that they had not completed their final selection at that moment I knew I was not selected for the position, I felt they ghosted me after 3 interviews.
