I applied online. I interviewed at Mechdyne in Apr 2019
Interview
Extensive process and it could take a few months to actually get hired here. Lots of assessments and surveys pertaining to aptitude and attitude. All these assessments are geared toward determining whether a candidate will be a good fit with the existing team. Although the process takes a while, the company seems to really care about its employees and has really stood the test against COVID. The long process can be grueling but once it's over and you are hired onboarding only lasts a couple weeks then you are up and running and learning on the job. I don't know what else to write but this website won't let me move on to the next section until I write at least thirty words which is absolutely ridiculous.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Mechdyne (Houston, TX) in Jun 2014
Interview
It's a long process for a random person about 1 year or so for the hiring process. Me personally had experience prior to working for this company through another company for almost a year ad was waiting on certain arrangements to be completed and finalized to get hired on permanently with the company. After a whole year and a half goes by I receive a phone call asking if I was still interested in a job and even then it took another 6 months before I was even interviewed although I had conversations with people in person interview took some time. And then I was giving n offer let to start in August of 2014. So as far as my experience with this entire interview process it really took 2 years or so.
