applied online, heard back very quickly with details on some assessments. purpose was explained well to me and why it was beneficial for me to complete. Took a couple of hours to complete. Heard back very promptly from one of their recruiters as well as hiring manager. Interview was about an hour, and after doing some additional background information - including my transcripts, I was offered a position. They had indicated I might have a second one hour interview - but didn't need to. Compared to several other experiences, this was a great process. I didn't have to interview with lots of different people and I didn't have to spend hours onsite with them. Pretty slick. While it was different than others, I appreciated the approach and how they were respectful of my time.
