Please take a moment to review other negative reviews, as they accurately reflect the interview experience at Mechdyne. I've never encountered such an extensive interview process elsewhere. They require applicants to undergo a series of exams and assessments totaling around 7, followed by a proctored exam. Surprisingly, this exam takes much longer than anticipated, closer to 5 hours than the expected 2-3. Unfortunately, these exams were not only time-consuming but also seemed irrelevant to the actual job requirements. They included a math test, a psychology test typically given to psychology grad students, a personality test, and another test resembling an accountant role. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating, with a notable absence of human interaction. It felt inhumane and disconnected, especially considering the time and effort invested, particularly for those currently unemployed and seeking opportunities. If this is indicative of the company's approach, I can't imagine what it would be like working for a company that seems to undervalue the human element in its processes.
