The interview procesure was very short. The first interview was with the head of HR, the director of QA and the manager of QA. They asked very resume oriented questions and we talked about personal goals and why I chose testing. The second interview was with the QA manager and the systems testing lead. Once again, we had a chat about my resume and why I chose this role. The systems lead asked me a few basic questions (for example, difference between software and firmware or my bug logging procedure). Again, very basic questions.
