An interview with group leadership (3 people) then a group interview with peers from the same group (4-5 people) No HR to screen or schedule interviews, I was contacted directly by one of their IT analysts. Meandering discussions with a lot of side talk. Eventually ghosted with no feedback or follow-up. Incredibly unprofessional.
