After a crazy 3 hour online assessment that I've never seen before at Coderbyte, I got an 1 hour interview with 3 interviewer in the same time. Was asked bunch of questions like which exact annotations should be used in Kafka using spring boot which was not even mentioned by any word in the job description. And also was asked about React stuff that's not even in their tech stack. All these kind of rot memory stuff can be solved in seconds with google search. Can't believe they expect you to remember those things. One of the guys looks very condescending and impatient. He asked some questions that don't make any sense but to humiliate me. This unbelievable cumbersome assessment and the really stressful interview by 3 people makes it the worst interview experience I had so far.
