I got received an email from a recruiter to setup an interview via teams, since I was emailed a teams meeting setup, I thought I would be on camera. I logged in for the interview to met with a recruiter off camera. I don't see why it wasn't a simple phone call. I then was scheduled for a second interview that went well or at least I thought. I had to CONSISTENLY EMAIL the recruiter on updates on the position. The recruiter completely left me out of the loop and advised they changed the name of the position. At this point, I had never experienced so much unprofessionalism and how much they wasted my time.
