My initial interview was with a recruiter. I had to pass customer service and typing test online first. I had an in-person interview at MedRisk the next week. The supervisor who interviewed me asked the standard interview questions. I was offered the position about a week later. I then had to fill out out a background check form online which was pretty simple. The check came back in two days. I also had to take a drug test. They gave me 3weeks to take it which was odd (I took mine in 3 days to get it out of the way).
