Interview
Interview process with Phil Chernesky was awesome. I'm not sure most people would use the words interview and enjoyable in the same sentence, but the experience was enjoyable.
Phil has a refreshing approach to the interview process. He takes it outside the box. Rather than the same canned questions read off a piece of paper, it truly did feel like a collaborative experience, rather than a job interview.

Question 1
Varied- not your typical interview questions. Again, a much needed and very refreshing approach.
The best part is the Phil cared enough to circle back to me a couple of weeks later, even though they went with another candidate. Too often that does not happen, especially in the COVID hiring environment.

Interview
Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then an interview on Teams with the Chief HR officer. There was absolutely no feedback afterwards. Even after a follow up with the recruiter there was no response. Very unprofessional.
