The interview process started initially with a screening call, and then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The second round of interview was with the clinical specialist team, which was about 10 individuals in a group interview setting. I also was scheduled for two additional virtual interviews with nursing leadership. In the end, they went with an another candidate. Of note, this is my second time interviewing for this organization and did not get an offer for either positions. I’m unsure of the nature of the declination. Although in the DC area there is a wide candidate pool of new graduates from the regional universities which may factor in to compensation.
