Straight forward - HR screen to hiring manager to pitch, then final rounds. Everyone there was pleasant and seemed to be excited at the opportunity to be working at the company. Punctuality was a bit of an issue on each individual call but overall a very straightforward process.

An internal Talent Sourcer for Medallion based in the Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton-Marion Area contacted me over LinkedIn. We scheduled time (20 mins) to chat, but it was a one sided call. No rapport whatsoever, she thanked me for taking the time to chat with her, gave me a 2 min overview of her company, which she proceeded to read from a script and then spent the remaining time getting info she needed to share the hiring manager. Did not leave time for questions. Writing this review to bring awareness to the broader recruiting team at Medallion, to hopefully up-skill this recruiter so she can provide a better candidate experience and do a better job representing Medallion as the first point of contact. I was personally turned off and disinterested in further consideration.
