My interview process with Medasource began when I saw a listing for a Sales Executive position on LinkedIn. I applied and heard back from a recruiter within a few days. From there I completed a short, pre-recorded video interview. I then spoke with a member of internal hiring and a VP before going to the headquarters in Indianapolis for my final interview. From there I met a number of the Medasource team members, including the president. This was something I truly appreciated as it shows how devoted the company is to it's family culture. They then got back to me within a week!
