Started with screening call with a recruiter. Almost a month later, a different recruiter set up an interview with the manager. Manager was late to the call and said due to meetings. A few days later I was sent two assessments to complete. A week after that, I got an email from the recruitment coordinator saying things have been delayed on the hiring process for the role. After another week I was asked for an interview with the manager and a couple members of her team. She was late again to this call and left early due to meetings. The interview was pretty dry and they came across cold. After another week, an email came from the first recruiter (which came from an unmonitored HR email) letting me know they wouldn't be moving forward but would keep me on file for something that "better fit my profile" but no other feedback. If I didn't fit the profile, I'm surprised they would string me along for 3 interviews and 2 assessments over a period of almost 2 months. I followed up saying as much but I don't expect a response. By the end of this process I honestly wouldn't have accepted an offer if they had extended one- big red flags along the way but the role was interesting so I wanted to see what came of it, hoping it got better. My excitement and interest just dwindled as it went on and realized they really don't have respect or consideration for someone they are interviewing. Good thing is I realized how great I have it at my current job and how well they treat candidates and employees so this was a reminder of that!
