      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Medcor (Nashville, TN) in May 2019

      Interview

Initial interview was a virtual recorded session with some straightforward Q & A. I think it was 4 questions total. The first two were personality questions while the last two were scenario based. It is awkward to record yourself talking without actually having some to talk to. The second interview was a quick screening with the talent acquisition. It was short and informative. Third was an interview with the Hiring Manager to go over job responsibilities and review past experience. And lastly, I had to interview with the client to ensure that I was a good fit for the culture.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Describe past experience as a paramedic/EMT/RN/LPN
      Answer question

      Interview

Interviewed with out of state manager at the site of the work applied for and it was easy. Interviewed with the company human resources manager and safety rep. They made the environment non-confrontational, felt very relaxed.
