      Interview

There was first a phone interview, that was pretty straight forward but very detailed. It was clear they are looking for a specific skill set. This was followed by a personality test and skills based simulation that took approx 40 minutes to complete. If all goes well, expect an in person interview where they really want to know specifics regarding your experience and knowledge followed by a practical skills assessment that takes about 90 minutes.
